Referral Program Terms & Conditions

How It Works

Refer another franchisee to Voxie. When they sign up and name you as their referral on the signup form, and then go live on the platform — meaning they send their first message through Voxie — you earn a bill credit equal to your license fee plus minimum spend commitment for the calendar month in which your referral goes live.

Your credit covers your license fee and minimum spend commitment for that month. If your usage exceeds your minimum spend in that same month, you are still responsible for the difference. Think of it as a free "base month" — your guaranteed minimum is on us, but any usage you generate above that is billed as normal.

Earning Credits

There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make or credits you can earn. Each qualifying referral earns one credit. Refer three franchisees who go live, earn three credits. Credits do not expire and can stack — multiple credits will be applied to your account and drawn down across future invoices automatically.

How Credits Are Applied

Once a referral qualifies, a credit is added to your account. Credits are automatically applied to your next open invoice before your payment method on file is charged for any remaining balance. You will see the credit reflected before payment is collected.

Qualifying Referrals

To qualify:

  • The referred franchisee must name you on their Voxie signup form at the time of registration. Referrals cannot be added retroactively.
  • The referred franchisee must go live on Voxie — defined as sending their first message through the platform.
  • Self-referrals do not qualify.

A Note on Credit Value

Your credit covers your license fee and minimum spend commitment for the qualifying month. Your minimum spend includes base messaging usage and carrier fees up to your committed volume. Any usage above your minimum spend — additional messages, overages, or other variable charges — is not covered and will be billed as normal.

Program Terms

Voxie reserves the right to modify or discontinue this referral program at any time. Existing earned credits will be honored in the event of program discontinuation.
